The Role

As the Head of Brand at Honey Birdette, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team across Marketing, Graphics, and Social, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. This role focuses on refining and evolving the Honey Birdette brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels and markets. The Head of Brand will oversee the development and execution of impactful brand campaigns, drive creative direction, and push the boundaries of brand innovation. Additionally, they will collaborate on product development, manage stakeholder relationships, and continuously analyse brand performance to enhance equity, loyalty, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and grow an exceptional team - Marketing, Graphics & Social. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Refine and evolve the Honey Birdette brand. Bring to life who we are as a brand, why we exist, and what we bring to our global consumers. Drive brand innovation and positioning to differentiate us in the market. Oversee brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels and markets.
Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, PR, and events. Ensure brand consistency across all markets, platforms and touchpoints.
Plan & deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns that elevates our brand identity and drive business objectives. This is an exciting creative role…We want you to innovate, push creative boundaries and disrupt!
Build content plans and manage content production tailored to different channels/audiences across eComm, Social and Retail.
Manage all aspects of creative development for brand/marketing from conceptualisation to execution. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets, adhering to critical path timings and budgets.
Campaign production - Confidently direct campaign/content shoots, providing guidance on styling, lighting, and model direction on the day of the shoot to achieve the desired outcome.
Lead the editing process for all campaign deliverables post shoots, clearly communicating creative direction video, images and social content with internal and external teams.
Product development/packaging: Collaborate with product development teams on the development of non-lingerie product/packaging. Ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and strategy.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics and KPIs. Develop strategies to enhance brand equity, drive brand loyalty, and improve market share.
Analyse data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and identify areas for optimisation and improvement.

Your Sweet Spots (About You)

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in brand/marketing, with proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and creative campaigns. Luxury retail/beauty or lifestyle brand experience highly desired.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including photoshoots and campaign production.
Passionate, driven and a strong communicator that thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Excellent leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Confident managing multiple projects.
