We are looking for a qualified and experienced Call Center Head to join our team based in Dehradun. As a Call Center Head, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire call center operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a call center environment. This includes experience in developing customer service policies and procedures, providing training and support to the call center staff, and monitoring customer service performance.
You should also have a strong customer service background with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center and ensure that customer service standards are met
• Develop and implement customer service processes and policies
• Train and coach call center staff on customer service best practices
• Monitor customer service performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement customer service initiatives that promote customer loyalty
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
