This role will see you working with a small yet dedicated team of professionals to drive our client engagement and usage. Working closely, and in a highly collaborative environment with the Head of Retention, you will form a formidable team to really focus on the client lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who has been in a similar role, who understands the HOW and WHY behind client engagement. As a seasoned leader, you will be uniquely qualified to foster deep client relationships and drive impactful partnership that deliver exceptional business outcomes.
