What You’ll Bring
You are a strategic, collaborative leader who inspires excellence and drives change. You bring:
AHPRA Registered Nurse with Bachelor of Nursing.
10+ years’ experience in aged care, including community-based care.
Proven leadership in clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement.
Strong financial acumen and ability to balance strategic goals with operational realities.
Exceptional communication, influencing skills and high emotional intelligence.
