Job Title: Head of Commercial

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to lead our organization's commercial activities. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes managing sales Administrative team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that the organization's products and services meet the needs of the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives
• Manage sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Ensure that the organization's products and services meet the needs of the market
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats to the business
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that commercial activities are aligned with the organization's overall strategy

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles in flavours and fragrances field or related.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies and achieving revenue targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the market and the industry in which the organization operates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth
