The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading DeepSight's global commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives
This role is critical in positioning our innovative medical devices in the market, fostering relationships with healthcare providers, and driving the company's revenue and business development activities
The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team to execute the company's growth strategy and establish DeepSight as a leader in the medical device industry
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy, including go-to-market plans for NeedleVue™, OnPoint™ Imaging, EchoLux™, and other DeepSight products
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global sales team
Establish clear sales targets, performance metrics, and incentives
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for revenue generation
Expand DeepSight's footprint in key markets
Customer Success: Develop strategies for customer engagement and retention
Ensure healthcare providers are educated and satisfied with DeepSight products through onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to adapt and evolve the commercial strategy
Provide market feedback to the product development team to align innovations with customer needs
P&L Management: Manage commercial budget and P&L to ensure financial performance aligns with corporate goals
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and clinical teams to align commercial efforts with product development and clinical outcomes
Ensure seamless communication between departments
Key Opinion Leader & Clinical Collaboration Engagement: Build relationships with key opinion leaders, medical professionals, and healthcare organizations to drive product adoption and market trust

Job Summary:

• Strong understanding of medical device sales channels, including direct sales and distributor models.
• Experience in launching new products, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing successful product lifecycles.
• Ability to build and lead high-performing commercial teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
