Job Description
NoPaperForms is looking for a passionate and versatile leader who excels in developing content strategies for websites, social media, blogs, reports, and various other forms of digital media. A Content Strategist should possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically as the person will be responsible for creating, refining, and perpetuating content to achieve our brand goals. The position includes creating and sharing content, raising brand awareness, and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
What will you be doing?
Drafting communications for a variety of internal and external audiences and channels, including social media, app users, and employees
Support all communication efforts through research and analysis assignments
Support digital communications team with social media content strategy and community management across all channels
Set guidelines for tone, style, and content of writing and communications
Strategize to ensure content is consistent and compelling across delivery streams
Manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication
Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g., conversions and bounce rates)
Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics
Review and update published content as needed
Requirements
You'll Need:
Proven work experience (5-8 years) as a Head of Content Strategist/Manager or similar role
Strong hands-on experience and Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools (e.g., Moz and Google Keyword Planner)
Experience using social media for business
Solid writing and editing skills in English
The ability to lead and mentor the team
The will to learn in a fast-paced start-up ecosystem with a results-driven mindset
The ability to work under pressure, tight timelines
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
