Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of a Head of Credit, to join their team in
disrupting the Fintech space. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the fintech business
operations and forging strategic alliances with solutions and service providers.
Responsibilities:
Automation-
• Identify opportunities for automation in processes and operations in line with the internal strategy and external partner needs
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, and develop and implement automation solutions for onboarding and integrating partners / co-lenders with ease
• Partner with other stakeholders across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently for automation projects’ closures.
Digital Transformation-
• Carry out transformational projects that aim to streamline and improve the workflows within and across the departments
• Finalise appropriate digital transformation platforms in line with the Business / Function Head’s needs
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure timely upgradation of solutions
Operations Management-
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate stakeholders
Project Automation-
• Develop project plans, steer projects, and monitor performance
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term
• goals while liaising with external organizations like Banks and NBFCs
• Collaborate with key functional leaders to define, prioritize, and oversee critical projects.
Requirements:
• Experience in developing multi-year strategies, business plans, and roadmaps, building executive relationships, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of the Indian Financial Services landscape, and deep understanding of Payments/ Banking / Financial Services.
• Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, and assess, recognize, and reward performance.
• Has an impressive track record in sales, operation, and general management from related industries and excellent academic background.
• A strong collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive change and function through high growth times
• Effective communicator with problem-solving & strong organizational abilities
• Have strong consulting, interpersonal and analytical skills
