## Role Overview
As the Head of Credit for Unsecured Lending, you will lead the credit strategy for our diverse unsecured portfolio. You will be a key member of a leadership team. Your mission is to leverage our tech-powered ecosystem to drive seamless, data-driven lending while maintaining a robust risk-first approach.
## Key Responsibilities
• Policy & Strategy: Design and implement credit underwriting policies tailored for high-velocity unsecured products.
• Risk Management: Align lending practices with the RBI-regulated framework and our internal AAA-rated standards.
• Portfolio Health: Monitor the performance of our 2M+ active loan portfolio, identifying early warning signals and optimizing flow rates.
• Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing underwriting team.
## Requirements and Expertise
• Experience: 12–15+ years in Credit Risk/Underwriting with a heavy focus on Unsecured Retail.
• Industry Context: Proven track record in an NBFC, Bank, or Digital Lending (PL/BL) environment.
• Technical Savvy: Comfort with digital lending platforms and automated decisioning engines.
• Education: CA, MBA, or CFA from a premier institute.
