Job Description
• Design consumer journey, CRM systems & service design
• Generate 5 lakh leads and 5 lakh customer service calls over the next three years
• Achieve repeats & retention rate of 70%
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNI) and deliver sales & service training program
The Successful Applicant
• 10-14 years total work experience running CX + Inside Sales
• Proven track record building world class customer experience for B2C/D2C brands
• Ideal industry exposure will be in leading omnichannel brands across D2C/retail/financial services/consumer tech/hospitality which are known for exceptional CX
• Understands building customer journey designs, driving inside sales, retention, multi-channel communication, building escalation matrices, implementing CRM tools etc
