To be part of a mission to make banking seamless and swift To lead the initiative to build and manage a strategic data environment Job Description Complete Data Lifecycle management Manage ETL/ELT/Transformation in a hybrid multi-cloud environment Master Data management Proven track record of setting up strategic data environments for large firms Mentor Data Architects, Data Modelers and off-roll resources End to end management of strategic data environment in a transitioning hybrid and multi-cloud Responsible for data quality Build high performing teams and trusted environments from the scratch Experienced in organic growth Exposure to IT regulatory processes & policies The Successful Applicant BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent , preferably masters in Tech Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (Industry agnostic)/ Banking would be preferred. Experience in handling large scale data environments & teams Experience in Coding (any language) Excellent organization skills to effectively prioritize work, set expectations with partners, communicate progress, negotiate dependencies, and resolve conflicts What's on Offer Seat at the Leadership table.
