Job Responsibilties
The Head of Delivery, Insurance will plan, direct and oversee , ensuring development and implementation of efficient Opearations and cost effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
Will Be Responsible To
• Ensure high quality and consistent delivery.
• Look out for continous imporvements of processess and improve productivity / quality.
• Smooth & efficient on-boarding of clients.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and risks across the organization
• Participate & assist in all audits (Internal/ External)
• Monitor & ensure client relationship are well managed through active and regular engagements.
• Supervise, mentor teams - monitor and measure the teams performance.
Candidate Requirements
• 20+ years of experience in handling delivery from Insurance , BPO domain
• Excellent communication with good stakeholder and people management skills
