Designation: Head of Design- Luxury Interiors

Experience: 8 - 10 years

Location: Mumbai

Education: B. Arch or Interior Designer from a reputed Institute

We are looking for someone with ambition and an artful Interior Designer who can lead and help the Designer to undertake a variety of space designing project. You will deal with design from conceptual development to manage and execute to the next level. This is a fast paced and hardworking environment that thrives on very best in Luxury interiors.

Responsibilities

The successful individual has the vision to develop and lead our design department, both creatively and commercially. You will ensure design and creative deliverables are aligned to client’s expectations. Prior experience in the luxury sector preferably high end residential, hospitality and real estate. A passionate creator who believes in ownership of work, with an eye for modern and beautiful design.

· Research and decide on materials and product sourcing.

· Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces, consultations, innovations, space planning and new constructions.

· Experience in layout, colour, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and all installations.

· Collaborate seamlessly with teams and external consultants.

· Produce comprehensive space plans, mood boards, and 3D renderings.

· Ensure compliance with local workspace laws and regulations.

· Craft visually captivating presentations tailored to client preferences.

· Provide mentorship and support to junior designers and 3D visualizers.

· Ultra-modern designing pattern in line with International Standards.

· Preparing the detailed BOQ cum Quotation for the projects.

· Prepare models/ designs/ layout of the project and ensure the design is finalized before handing over to execution.

Skills & Competencies

· Experience in high end luxury interiors is preferred. Candidates who have handled minimum 5000 sq. ft. projects into residential or commercial spaces.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

· The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders.

· Attention to detail.

· Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.

· Ability to supervise and develop employees.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

· Exposure to international branding.
