Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Head of Design at Rvvardé located in Pune. The Head of Design will be responsible for managing design projects, overseeing visual and product design processes, leading branding initiatives, and ensuring excellence in interior design and furniture design. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute design strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
• Design Management and Branding skills
• Visual Design and Furniture Design expertise
• Proficiency in Interior Design
• Experience in leading design projects and teams
• Strong creative vision and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
• Experience in luxury furniture design is a plus
