Develop and drive the digital strategy for the pharma division of JobzMall Select.
Lead and manage a team of digital experts to implement innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital technology in the pharmaceutical sector.
Identify and prioritize areas for digital transformation within the pharma division.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for digital innovation.
Create and manage budgets for digital projects.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
Monitor the effectiveness of digital programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on digital tools and processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Lead and participate in industry events and conferences to showcase digital innovation within the pharma division.
Continuously evaluate and improve digital processes and workflows.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the pharma division.
