We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Digital Marketing to lead our in-house marketing team. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and effective team management.

THE POSITION WILL BE FOCUSING ON UltraCarePRO BRAND OF THE COMPANY
Key Responsibility Area:
• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy, planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including performance, content, design, and analytics to drive cohesive campaigns.
• Develop and optimize customer acquisition funnels across channels like Google Ads, Meta, marketplaces, and affiliates.
• Align marketing efforts with business goals through data-driven strategies, well-defined KPIs, and actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging and campaign execution.
• Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Explore and implement new digital channels, tools, and trends to drive innovation and growth.
• Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and support business scalability.
Skills That Define Success:
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong command of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign planning.
• Over 6 years of experience in Digital marketing or a similar capacity.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Self-starter with a “get-things-done” mindset.
