3 Setting up systems
• Trello Work Management
• Work-flow reporting systems & schedules
4 Working towards the following
• Social Media Growth
• Client Acquisition Processes Setup & Optimization
• Macro & Micro Campaigns throughout the year
• Offline Marketing Campaigns
• Franchise Inquiries Growth & Awareness
5 Creating a cloud system for data storage & management
• Managing & updating the following brand assets:
• Presentations
• Company Profiles

6 Working in alliance with the head management towards Macro Goals, relating to marketing

• Monthly report of the progress & KPIs achieved to the head management
• Holding weekly team meets for the marketing department for assistance & feedback

• Hospitality Events
• Prominent celebrities & key influencers planning to visit targeted franchise & company-owned resorts & village locations.
• Planning for PR
• Creating budgets for

• CTC: 18-20 lacs per annum
