We are hiring a Digital marketing manager for a conglomerate which has presence in UAE , Oman ,Qatar and India .They are into the business of electrical , building material ,real estate and hospitality. The candidate must be able to handle digital marketing activities of the entire group and he must build a team which includes content writers and designers . RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers to drive growth and achieve marketing goals Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising Analyze data and insights to identify trends and opportunities for optimization Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement new tactics as appropriate Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with our brand and business objectives What You'll Bring: REQUIREMENT 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email, social media, search, Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
