Job Description: Digital Marketing Head (Lead Generation Focus)

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Head with a lead generation focus responsible for leading and managing all aspects of an organization's digital marketing initiatives. This role requires expertise in developing and implementing strategies to generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions. The Digital Marketing Head will leverage various digital channels and technologies to maximize lead generation efforts and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, understand personas, and develop strategies to attract and convert prospects into qualified leads.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support. Set clear objectives, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure the team's success in achieving lead generation goals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, and site structure, and monitor SEO performance to increase visibility and attract qualified leads.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising and Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop and manage PPC advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, optimize landing pages, and monitor campaign performance to maximize conversions.

Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences. Create high-quality, relevant, and valuable content such as blog posts, white papers, e-books, and case studies to drive lead generation. Optimize content for search engines and promote it through various channels.

Marketing Automation: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to nurture leads and guide them through the buyer's journey. Use marketing automation tools to create personalized email workflows, segment audiences, and deliver targeted content to increase engagement and conversions.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze website and landing page performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies to optimize conversions. Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the lead generation process.

Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to attract and engage target audiences. Utilize social media platforms to promote lead generation offers, interact with prospects, and drive traffic to landing pages. Monitor social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to lead generation efforts. Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting campaign performance, lead quality, and recommendations for improvement based on data insights.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget allocated for lead generation activities. Allocate resources effectively across different channels and campaigns, monitor expenses, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Ensure effective communication and cooperation to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role with a focus on lead generation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation.

In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies and tactics.

Proficiency in using marketing technology tools and platforms.
