You will oversee the digital marketing team, manage budgets, optimize digital channels, and ensure measurable performance that aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
• Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans across multiple channels.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team in executing campaigns.
• Manage budgets and maximize ROI on all digital initiatives.
• Analyze and report performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and development teams for seamless execution.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
Qualifications
• Proven experience (8+ years) in digital marketing and strategy development.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and digital trends.
• Leadership skills with the ability to drive results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
