We are on a journey to build a 22nd century Global Consumer Top 100 brand in Home & Kitchen, from Asia for the world. Our mission is to bring the best of Asia to the world, bring premium quality sustainable products at fair price to the global consumers. We incubate our private label brands, and scale them across multiple platforms (such as Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify) and geographies. Warpfy uses its data science and technology platform to build and scale these brands.

Roles and responsibilities:
· Develop overall marketing and channel strategies, plans, calendars, for portfolio brands.
· Drive customer acquisition for multiple Marketplace/DTC brands across cross channels responsible for driving revenue and ROAS growth.
· Strategize, implement, and actively manage campaigns across Google AdWords, Social Media, Marketplace ads (Amazon, Shopify, etc.), influencer marketing, and other digital channels to increase top of the funnel traffic.
· Oversee product listings and brand content to ensure they are relevant to the top funnel target audience, thereby increasing the conversions.
· Conceptualize, shape, and create design concepts that integrate brands and target audiences.
· Oversee performance marketing channels (SEM, social media, affiliates).
· Drive User-generated content and its optimizations, feed product reviews/feedbacks analysis to product development and merchandising teams.
· Evaluate the performance of the based on relevant KPIs and conduct A/B tests to ensure that performance is increased in the long term.
· Oversee marketplace ads team including Amazon PPC etc.
· Continuously optimize campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, and landing page optimizations.
· Hire and build a high performing accretive team.
· Be a brand ambassador for Warpfy and our values.
Qualifications:
· MBA / PGDM, with strong academic record
· Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
· 5+ years in various marketing domains for CPG / FMCG products
· Proven track record of developing high ROI advertising strategies & campaigns for consumer products
· Comfortable being a doer, in an IC capacity, while building a team
· Experience targeting US consumers and audiences in consumer goods is a must
· Knowledge of SEM, PPC (Amazon, Google), and social media paid advertising
· Deep domain expertise in at-least 2 channels/ domains
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Fluency in English is required
