ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Head of Digital Publishing, you will assist in setting and executing digital publishing strategies and governance to drive audience engagement, membership pipeline growth, and revenue opportunities.
You will play an integral part in the successful delivery and relaunch of our Enterprise website, ensuring digital publishing best practices and processes are embedded, reviewed, and evolved to meet audience and organisational goals and expectations.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a strong digital publishing and strategic mindset, strong leadership, and collaboration skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a team of digital publishing professionals.
Identification and prioritisation of key audience-centred and data-centric improvements to CA ANZ’s digital products and assists.
Driving organisational cultural change around the importance of CA ANZ’s digital content, through the implementation and ongoing management of our content governance processes and procedures..
Operationalisation and management of CA ANZ’s direct marketing channels.
Evolving, managing and adherence to CA ANZ’s communications governance.
Collaborating with Technology, Brand, Marketing, and content owners to build and manage a digital ecosystem for innovative solutions in processes, products, services, content, automation, marketing channels, and digital experiences.
Establishing measures to track digital efforts and ensuring they bring value to CA ANZ in line with the Value Creation Framework and Moments that Matter
