Key Responsibilities:
A. Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for the e-commerce division.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
B. E-commerce Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on the e-commerce website.
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the website is optimized for performance, security, and user experience.
C. Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content that drives traffic and engagement.
D. Customer Engagement & Retention:
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Utilize data and analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
E. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of [8-10] years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
