Position - Engineering Head
Location - Jaipur
Department - Engineering
Salary - Upto 15LPA+ Performance based variables
Required Qualification - B.Tech Civil
Required Experience - 12-14 years of hydraulic system engineering/ Pumping System Design/ Project Management experience / Water Infrastructure ( Experience of Public Infra Industry will be Preferred)
Key Responsibility Areas
Detailed engineering on pre and post award of contract for Water Infrastructure, Water Management, Pump House Design, Electrical Design, Pump selection
Development of Drawings, Design and specifications based on Project/Tender document
Design the base techno commercial specification utilizing best available technology
Development of Product and system/Procedures based on water industry requirement
Training to the Project Execution and O&M Teams on developed Dawing/Designs/specifications and Procedures
Development of New applications in water Infrastructure
Knowledge of pump selection and its Operation and Maintenance
Generate concept models and drawings (layouts, assemblies, detail, client etc)
Generate procedures
Mathematical analysis of problems
Co-ordinating subcontractors
Design, build and test of prototype equipment; debugging new systems
Advising on ordering of equipment for new tools and development work
Maintain design files & related documentation
Provide support and mentoring to junior staff members
