Role Description
We are looking for a Head of Engineering to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for leading the engineering team in developing and deploying innovative solutions for public water sector. The role will involve managing the engineering team, developing and executing strategies for product development, and ensuring that the engineering team is meeting the company’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong technical background in engineering, with experience in developing and deploying innovative solutions for public water sector.
• Experience in managing engineering teams and developing and executing strategies for product development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of software development, cloud computing, and IoT technologies.
• Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of water infrastructure and renewable energy technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.

We are looking a very seasoned persons with minimum 15 years of experience in engineering Drawing Design, DPR preparation for water infra sector in engineering team, must have experience of team handling .
