Job Description: We are seeking an Operations Director - Events to join our team at Inc42 Media. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle, from conception to delivery. This includes steering event operations, serving as a pivotal point for cross-functional team coordination, negotiating with agencies, and managing event-related projects.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage the event lifecycle, including venue selection, vendor management, production, and logistics
• Serve as a pivotal point for cross-functional team coordination
• Negotiate with agencies to ensure optimal rates
• Manage event-related projects and nurture relationships with event agencies
• Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in related fields, such as Founder's Office/Growth/Project Management/Events/Trade Shows/Hospitality
• Strong analytical skills, fast decision-making, and attention to detail
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact events
