Head of Event Planning and Execution
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, tournaments, and experiential campaigns. The successful candidate will bring expertise in operations management, event/tournament planning, and large-scale project execution.
The Head of Event Planning and Execution will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet project objectives. They will develop and manage budgets, track expenditures, negotiate contracts, and optimize vendor partnerships for cost-effective solutions.
In addition, the candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key decision-makers. They will act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
The successful candidate will also identify, onboard, and manage external vendors, ensuring top-tier service quality. They will stay updated on the latest industry innovations, including event production technologies, and develop SOPs for vendor engagement, procurement, and service-level agreements.
