Designation- Account & Finance Head
Male Candidate-
Salary- Rs 100000 TO Rs 1,50,000/Month
Qualification - CA + 15 To 20 years experience with considerable stability.
Candidate from Mumbai is preferred.
Location:- Dahanu / Nariman Point
JD-
1. Responsible to manage organization’s finance and accounts including budget preparation and periodic review,
2. Responsible for Summaring of Financial status by collecting information, preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and other statements,
3. Finalization of accounts dealing with statutory auditors for audits & annual reports preparation,
4. Developing financial statements for account reconciliations, account receivables, account payable, revenue and expenditure etc,
5. Bank Reconciliation with Bank Statements,
6. Internal verification of Sales / Purchase and Expenses.
7. Co-ordination with all department head and team member.
8. Recording of Assets & Liabilities,
+. Ensuring financial control and compliances in the areas of accrual expenses,
10. Preparation of MIS reports like revenue reports, direct expense report and monthly financials,
11. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
12. Improve systems & procedures and initiate corrective actions.
13. Present Recommendation to management on short and long term financial objectives and policies.
14. Proficient in Direct & Indirect taxes.
15. Sound knowledge of international taxation.
Skill- Set-
1- Good personality.
2- Should be able to handle team of 7 to 10 people.
3- Good team management skills.
