Documentation and understanding of Financial statements and report review, analyze and internal report creation. 2

Compliance with Accounting Standard, Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss a/c, Audit Reports ,Preparing Computation and filing of Income tax returns. 3

Responsible for Statutory Compliance (TDS, Goods and Services tax, Service Tax). 4

Compliance with requirements of Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013, Schedule VI of the Companies Act 1956. 5

Controlling the General Ledger activities by scrutinizing the ledger accounts periodically and ensure compliance 6

Analytical review of P&L; accounts and balance sheet accounts and prepare cash-flow statements and cash forecast statements. 7

Indirect Tax compliance work. 8

Direct Tax compliance work. 9

Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing activities. 10

Responsible for Taxation, Reconciliation, Finalization. 11
