Job Description
Preferably a CA / MBA Finance with experience of having worked in manufacturing industry for at least 5 years, with a total experience of 15-18 years
Primary responsibilities
- Consolidation of Accounts (Preparing P&L and Balance Sheet) for each entity and consolidated for the group companies
- MIS for Management Review including product costing, Yield, Inventory, Receivables & Payables, Working Capital, Cash Flow
- Variance Analysis between Budget vs Plan vs Actuals (Fixed & Variable Costs, Expenses, Logistics & Transportation, Bank Charges, Travel, Over Heads, Salaries & Wages, Power & Utilities etc)
- Sales Analysis (Domestic Tonnage, Average Sales Price, Export Tonnage, Average Sales Price) product and location wise
- Banking (Loan Applications, preparing CMA Data, DP – Stock statements, Quarterly MIS for Banks, Loan Disbursement, Negotiating Interest Rates & other Bank charges on a regular basis)
- Budget Preparation (3 year rolling plan)
- Working Capital & Cash Flow Management & Forecasting
- Payment Authorizations
- P&L & Balance Sheet structuring with Tax planning for each entity
- Quarterly Internal Audit, Annual Statutory Audit, Balance Sheet
- All Statutory Compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC & Company Law)
- Customer Payment Follow Ups via Sales Team for meeting DSO Targets
- Project Cost Accounting & Control

Must have handled Taxation, Audits, Accounting, Budgeting & Variance Analysis, MIS & Business Analysis, Banking & Fund Raising, Vendor & Supplier Management, Customer Receivables, Inventory Control, Working Capital Management, Cash Flow analysis.
Should have handled a team of F&A professionals below him for Job delegation, empowerment & Management
Willing to travel 7-8 days a month initially and then 3-4 days every month to Hyd/ Ajmer
Strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting ERP systems including Tally etc. Strong with MS Excel & other MS Office tools
Good communication skills & team worker. Have eye for detail.

Salary: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
