Head of Financial Strategy

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to drive business excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, as well as expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing strategies to optimize financial performance, and advising senior management on financial matters.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in financial software and tools.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.

Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing organization, is essential.
