Full job description

We are looking for a Head of FP&A, reporting into the FPA Director, this role is critical to leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization.

You will provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making, drive performance management, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. You will be essential to maintaining financial discipline and supporting growth initiatives.

You will manage and improve core FPA processes, driving efficiency, higher accuracy and greater insight to the UK&I business. This will be achieved through effective communication with both senior partners, and junior analyst contributors; respond with agility and pragmatism as priorities change or challenges emerge.

You will have dotted line managerial responsibility or overseeing the work and priorities of 3 colleagues in GFS (Sofia). As a senior member of the FP&A team this role is critical in driving the wider team forward, by empowering and supporting the team.

Experience and Skills

A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a body of post-qualified experience, showing progressive financial experience across different roles.

Delivery against deadlines, whilst managing dependencies and communicating progress with stakeholders of deliverables.

Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences – both written and verbal.

Experience influencing senior leaders, and an ability to form relationships.

Commercial understanding of varied business models.

Highly motivated, self-starter who manages assignments end-to-end and has experience of getting results.

Can be coach to finance colleagues, helping them to navigate their priorities, and providing sensible recommendations – maximising their potential.
