As a
Head of Growth,
you will be responsible for driving our acquisition funnel in digital marketing solutions globally.
What you will do:
Identifying partnership opportunities both horizontally and vertically
Creating a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
Forecasting, measuring and reporting the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
Keeping a great ongoing relationship with current. partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
Generating Qualified Leads (Deals) from these partnerships and nurturing them along the way
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating client needs
Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base across our different industries
Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Recruiting salespeople, setting objectives, training and coaching, and monitoring performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and developing a plan to fulfil them
Collaborating with team managers to achieve better results
Gathering feedback from partners, customers and prospects and sharing it with internal teams
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in marketing or business administration
At least 5+years of relevant experience in service-based B2B business development/partnership management
Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools & trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Superb leadership ability
Ability to travel across globally whenever required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets
Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred
A hands-on, action-oriented approach to problem solving approach
A team player with strong leadership and project management capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High sense of ownership
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a closure mindset
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 13,00,000 to 15,00,000
