Mission:

The position Head of Human Resources is a key position of the company that is required to bring the worlds foremost human resource practices to acquire, develop, retain, manage and retrench people while strengthening the core values for putting the company onto a path of fast development. The position is expected to bring and keep the companys human resources into top shape and the scope of work would require seasoned experience in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

1. Partnering with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with organizational objectives. Contribute to the long-term goals around business and people development.

2. Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

3. Lead the organizations HR departments, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and HR operations.

4. Develop, lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.

5. Oversee and manage strong team of human resources professionals that work on effective training, coaching, career planning and employee retention activities.

6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Develop and maintain an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance

7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required as appropriate by law.

8. Determines training needs and requirements for an organization. This could involve a variety of assessment methods, such as surveys, focus groups, meeting with members of the group of companies.

9. Conducts regular training needs analysis in order to determine the most relevant and cost effective training solutions for executive & managerial level employees that will improve individual / team knowledge, skills and in turn business performance

10. Development of programs that incorporate overall business objectives such as the businesss financial goals.

11. Partnering with other department and to determine training priorities, roll-out plans, set program deadlines, and ROI.

12. Works with the Heads of Departments to identify the training requirements tailored to the business needs and individual EDPs; determines the priorities to create and implement a companywide training calendar

13. Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy. Work with team to develop strategies and execute engagement activities linked with strategic goal.

14. Lead the development and implementation of all internal marketing and communication, recognition programs and events in collaboration with other team.

15. Create and manage the HR departments annual budget. Develop and manage a pay plan and benefits program.

16. Develop and report on overall HR systems and procedures across the organization. Develop, manage and report on actionable, proactive metrics that build HR capabilities and strategic insights.

Requirements:

1. MBA HR or MSW from a recognized university

2. 8-12 years of relevant experience in a premium company.

3. Interviewing Skills, Feedback Skills, Analytical Skills, Understanding of Compliances, Handling Employee Grievances, Planning and Forecast Skills, Budgeting Skills, Presentation and Facilitation Skills
