• Performance Management: Design and implement a robust performance management framework that aligns with business goals and drives high performance.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion programs to build a dynamic and innovative workforce.
• Great Place to Work Certification: Set the path and execute initiatives to achieve and maintain GPTW certification.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with all labor laws and HR-related regulations. Implement and update HR policies as needed.
• Leadership Development: Develop leadership and succession planning programs to identify and nurture future leaders.
• HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage HR technologies and analytics to drive insights and improve decision-making across HR functions.
• Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental and company goals.
