Key Purpose of the Job: (Position Summary)
Conceptualizing and facilitating the implementation of HR Strategy to support the dynamic business needs that include Annual HR Planning, Budgeting, Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Engagement, HR Branding & Communications, thereby ensuring that people are the strategic differentiators for the business.

• Policy formulation & implementation

Activities Responsible for
1. Leading the Annual Business Planning process and advising on HR aspects of business planning to include
Manpower Planning
HR Budgeting
Talent Management &Performance Management Systems
Employee Engagement Strategy
2. Acquire & Align Talent as per Business Plan
Responsible for developing Annual Talent Acquisition Plan
Closing the positions as per established deadline and procedures.
3. Driving Human Capital Effectiveness through
Robust Performance Management
Culture Building
4. Developing Manpower Effectiveness & Capability through
Identification of training needs
Formulation of Annual Training Calendar
Managing and coordinating the implementation of identified training needs as also conducting the training, both technical & behavioral.
5. Conceptualizing & driving Engagement Initiatives for the S&M.
6. Conceptualization and effective implementation of employee retention & reward practices
7. Responsible HR Operations Modelling and ensuring that an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business.
8. Formulation of HR policies with key focus on aligning HR with core business.
+. Facilitating effective Change Management in line with business goals of the organization.
10. Develop overall HR branding and communication strategy
11. Developing HR Analytics
12. Act as a focal point for an effective conflict management process &implementing disciplinary norms & standards.
