Position: Technology Head (CTO)

We're looking for a dynamic and visionary Technology Head (CTO) to join our team. As the CTO, you'll be a key driver in shaping our technological vision with technical breakthrough in fintech, strategy, and overall growth.
Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our technological infrastructure, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation, and furthering our mission of empowering individuals and families in their financial journey.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Tech Strategy: Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with our business goals. Lead technology innovation and provide strategic direction for our digital solutions.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of tech professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Product Development: Oversee the development of cutting-edge financial products and services, ensuring they are user-centric and built to the highest technological standards.
• AI Integration: Drive the integration of AI technologies into our solutions, enhancing the customization and personalization of our offerings.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of our systems and data.
• Technology Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with technology vendors, research institutions, and other stakeholders to advance our technological capabilities.
• Budget Management: Manage the technology budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Experience and proficiency:
• Proven experience as a CTO or a similar technology leadership role.
• Deep understanding of financial technology, AI, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for sustainability, financial inclusion, and creating a better world.
