Roles and Responsibility
Origination and execution of IB transactions in the Indian market in close coordination with CIB office in Moscow
Development of a strategy for the Indian market in terms of provision of IB services.
Providing support to the MDs in origination of corporate finance transactions in Indian market, potential deals screening and negotiations with clients
Full execution process of the transactions, including:
supervision of the relevant analysis, documentation and presentation materials preparation in full compliance with existing policies and procedures
transaction process organization and management
negotiation with the counterparties (incl. on behalf of the client) etc.
Participation in business planning on the team and implementation of the business plan within the assigned business segment
Preparation and discussion of analysis and documents for internal business needs
Specialization:
18+ years of experience and excellent knowledge of the Indian market,
Experience/closed transaction with large Indian corporates and financial sponsors
Experience in organizing and execution of IB transactions in the Indian market
Experience in providing support to the MDs in origination of corporate finance transactions in Indian market, potential deals screening and negotiations with clients experience of full execution process of the transactions
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to provide leadership, supervision and training for employees using positive supervisory techniques to ensure maximum productivity; demonstrated ability in organization and delegation skills.
