We are seeking a senior-leader 'Executive Director/Head - Legal' with expertise in Real Estate, Private Equity, Corporate Structure, Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Key Requirements:
- Real estate experience is a MUST.
- Industry: Law firms with Real Estate experience or Real Estate developers/ RE Funds
- Experience in real estate 'M&A/transactions/corporate structure' is a MUST.
- Education: Law
- Work experience: 15 to 22 years max.
