We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and help IRLY become the go-to platform for singles worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with the executive team to define marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company's vision and business targets.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels, including paid advertising, social media, email, content marketing, partnerships, and public relations.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a creative and results-oriented environment.
Analyze and monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Develop and execute engaging, multi-channel campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Coordinate with the product and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with product features and improvements.
Represent IRLY at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand our presence in the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the tech or dating app industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Creative thinker with a strong passion for marketing, branding, and user experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks efficiently.
