Head of Marketing
· Creating and implementing marketing, PR and promotional strategies for events, webinars and virtual events
· Drive the brand through all communications and channels - maximizing reputation, awareness and reach through innovative digital marketing approaches
· Defines, plans, and executes all digital marketing strategies including product marketing campaigns, roadshows, websites management, social media presence etc.
· Drives innovation in Digital Marketing processes, practices including establishing new innovative product marketing approaches for effective campaigns & roadshows.
· Manages implementation of digital marketing roadmap; monitor progress & report KPI performance.
· Define ATL, BTL and Digital plans for publishing and event properties
· Utilizes strong digital marketing & analytical capabilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Provides thought leadership in managing all digital marketing channels
· Identify the latest trends and technologies in events marketing
· Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
· Conducting competitive marketing research: extensively studying competition, their products, market share and marketing communication.
· Tracking and analyzing results of leads and revenue from enquiries and direct marketing
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/Master's degree in marketing or relevant field.
· A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Marketing with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in managerial or team leadership roles
· In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, advertising, email marketing, marketing automation, best practices, and website analytics.
· Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and display advertising
· Strong knowledge and understanding of building a brand
· Previous experience in executing paid media campaigns
· Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
· Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
