Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning in the premium QSR segment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
Campaign Management:
Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Analyze campaign performance data to make informed adjustments and optimize marketing ROI.
Product Launches
Oversee the successful launch of new products, coordinating with product development, operations, and sales teams to create cohesive and effective launch plans.
Customer Engagement
Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives and loyalty programs.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the QSR or hospitality industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of successful campaign management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market trends.
