Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and creative Marketing and PR Head to lead our marketing, branding, and public relations initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader and a people person who can build strong relationships, inspire teams, and collaborate effectively across the organization. The ideal candidate should be a bold, out-of-the-box thinker with a proven track record in brand building, media relations, digital marketing, corporate communications, and event marketing.

This role involves building and leading a small but high-performing Marketing and PR team, successfully launching new brands, and driving brand visibility through on-trade collaborations and industry events.

Key Focus: Building a Strong Marketing Team & Launching New Brands

• Recruit, train, and lead a small but dynamic marketing and PR team.

• Develop and execute innovative brand launch strategies that make a strong market impact.

• Conduct market research to define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

• Lead disruptive and unconventional marketing campaigns to build strong consumer engagement.

• Ensure seamless integration of PR, digital, and offline marketing efforts for brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, mentor, and manage a small but highly skilled marketing and PR team.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages creativity.

Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the team and provide regular feedback.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

2. Marketing & PR Leadership

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and PR strategies.

Lead digital marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, SEO/SEM, and advertising.

Establish strong media and influencer relations, securing high-impact brand coverage.

Conceptualize and execute out-of-the-box marketing campaigns that drive engagement.

3. Exhibitions, Events & Industry Networking

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to showcase brands and build partnerships.

Plan and manage event marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility.

Network with key stakeholders, media, and potential business partners at events.

Oversee the design and execution of exhibition booths, promotional materials, and activations.

4. On-Trade & Strategic Partnerships

Build and nurture relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality partners to drive brand visibility and sales.

Develop unique on-trade activations, collaborations, and promotional campaigns.

5. Budget & Performance Management

Develop and manage the Marketing and PR budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
