Description
You Ideally have a solid 10+ years of experience in brand/consumer marketing
You have worked within home care or other commoditised consumer categories
You have experience in building and executing comprehensive trade marketing strategies with retailers around the world (ideally US/EU/UK combined with ANZ)
You have proven experience in building and developing high-performing teams
You have a solid foundation in Brand and Marketing Strategy, Strategic Planning, and has strong Media understanding
You have managed and driven growth, and have a strong commercial understanding (i.e. P&L)
You are able to strategically manage the budget and manage ROI
You are confident and capable of leading Brand Management, involved in NPD, has shopper marketing (in-store) understanding, et
You thrive in a startup culture (fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial)
You are comfortable having interactions with people in different time zones (US, AU, UK, Canada)
You are able to influence & provide higher lever brand understanding to cross functional teams
