As part of our expansion plans, we are hiring a Marketing Head who will be responsible for our marketing and communication activities as well as for our portfolio ventures

The remuneration for this position is commensurate to your skill-set & experience. Ideally we would like someone who has at least 8 years of experience and has a marketing portfolio to present with successful campaigns.
Summary:
The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Sciens Logistics. This includes developing and managing marketing plans, budgets, and campaigns; working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment; and measuring and reporting on results. At the core you are to conceptualize and navigate marketing campaigns that are A. revenue driven and B. Build trust. We believe there is no better way than ‘Selling our way to build a brand’ If customers buy / use and are happy we are building a brand by default. Customers buy when TRUST Is CREATED
Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
● 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on group marketing
● Strong strategic and analytical skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Specialization:
Email Marketing
Must be very good at developing crisp email content / messaging
• Conceptualize permission based opt-in emails that follow a suspect, prospect, get consensus on a problem, offer a solution and sell methodology.
• Post an opt-in generate email based ‘Buy Offers’ and engagement
WhatsApp Marketing
Replicate the email messaging construct on WhatsApp and maximise ‘Green Dot’ channel communication
LinkedIn Coverage
Work on driving engagement from specific vertical centric LinkedIn groups & user LinkedIn as a core channel to connect with our target audience
CPC / CPM Campaigns
Targeted Google & FB Ad's that are driven by research and have a revenue centric outcome
Social Media Engagement Strategy
Identify appropriate social media channels and use of tools like buffer, hootsuite for social media broadcasting. The understanding & leverage of new social media channels like Telegram, Discord will be preferred.
Campaign infrastructure set-up
You must be well versed with the roll-out of email, whatsapp campaigns and their back-end setup. Proficient in the use of tools like Twilio, Hootsuite etc moreover understand IP switching and using send-grid for email / whatsapp communication.
CRM - Must be well versed with the use of CRM and automating the CRM systems moreover focus on
A. maintaining outreach timing where the customer is regularly in-loop but not overwhelmed, and
B. build genuine interpersonal relationships with customers.
Tele sales & Support processes - Generate efficient tele sales & support scripts and process flow and alongside identify and outsource this function to credible vendors
