Leading the investigation team in performing investigation work on breaks that are relating to Suspense, Nostro, Trade and Position reconciliations.
Leading the Claims team in processing inward and outward claims arising from settlement activities.
Responsible and accountable for timely and accurate completion of PSI activities
Ensure timely escalation and resolution of all breaks and claims managed by the PSI team.
Play the role of control governance in the Bangalore hub overseeing the control performance of the processing teams, identify control lapses and remediate through designing and implementing new control processes.
Ability to build relationships and networks essential to achieve qualitative outcome.
Applying critical thought process in identifying gaps in the operating method at People & Process level proactively and ability to bring in necessary changes within Team in line with Functional role.
Regular Engagement with enablement teams & Stakeholders to track the performance, issues and potential solution using Global Performance reports based on KRI & KPI.
Ability to Analyze operational issues / Customers incidents / Front office needs and provide necessary support and solution in line with Functional activities
Ability to execute Governance as per Framework & determine when issues require escalation
Own ongoing BAU improvement / Tactical /Strategic Changes and drives them as per Project/Process governance and business requirement

Ensures 100% compliance of procedural updates versus current process and maintaining business control matrices around team roles & responsibilities.
Manage and monitor the processing of daily requests in accordance with bank policies/procedures with customer instructions.
Mitigate risk to improve audit ratings.
Monitors progress on outstanding matters.
Identifies Opportunities for BAU improvement/Tactical and strategic solution and continuously empower People to be part of ongoing development and initiatives

Minimum 15 years of experience in Financial Institutions in which
1. 10 yrs. of experience in Global Markets Operations and Investigation
2. 6-8 yrs. of Experience in People Management
3. 2 yrs. of Experience in Leading BAU change, Continuous Improvement, Risk &
Governance in Global Markets.
4. Direct Reporting 10-15
Working experience in Leading team cross Products and Technical understanding of Trade life Cycle covering Trade Flow /Interfaces Exception, Settlement , a/c posting and investigation
Financial Products - Technical and Hand on experience in Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Derivatives, Options, NDF, Fixed Income, Collaterals, Repo
Supports /Encourage Collaborative Culture, Be agile, Growth Mindset and ability to
inculcate it into People part of Career development
