Job Description
This position ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care, the implementation of nursing standards, and the professional development of nursing staff. The Head of Nursing will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment
Contract Details:
Contract commitment: minimum. 12 months
Relocation to Indonesia required.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and safety.
Identify and address training and development needs, facilitating ongoing education and professional growth.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
Promote effective communication and teamwork within the nursing department and across the hospital.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international nursing standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is highly desirable.
A minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
