Role Summary
Own and scale end-to-end operations for our home care business, ensuring high service quality, efficient execution, and strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations (booking → service → completion)
• Manage and scale service partners (hiring, training, performance)
• Ensure high service quality and handle escalations
• Optimize scheduling, dispatch, and turnaround time
• Control costs and improve unit economics
• Build SOPs and drive process efficiency
• Work with tech team to improve app and automation
• Drive expansion and operational scalability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
