Job / Position Description
Position Title: CIRCLE HEAD
Reporting to: Head of Operations & Head of BD
Reported by: Operation Manager, Infra Manager, Project Manager, SCM, HR & Admin & Accounts
Objective of the position: To be responsible for achievement of P&L target for the circle.
Major Tasks – Job Responsibilities:
• Regular meetings with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. (CSAT)
• Periodic review of Circle Operations with Operation, Infra and SCM managers
• Periodic review of Projects with Project and SCM manager.
• Corrective actions to address gaps discovered during above reviews
Work Relationships (internal & external)
Internal Customers- All circle staff
External Customers- Customers and Vendors
Specific accountability:
• Topline Growth in line with Targets
• Profitability improvement in line with Targets
• Employee Morale and Employee Engagement
• Corporate Policy governance
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions. MBA will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
15 years of rich and relevant experience of which 5 years in the similar role
