We are seeking a strategic Operations Head to oversee the execution of events, tournaments, and tours.
This role is responsible for ensuring seamless planning, budgeting, execution, and stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events, tournaments, and experiential campaigns.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet project objectives.
• Oversee quality control and compliance with event specifications and brand guidelines.
Financial Management & Stakeholder Communication
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing large-scale events.
This includes developing and managing budgets, tracking expenditures, negotiating contracts, and optimizing vendor partnerships for cost-effective solutions.
